I strive to create a warm and non-judgmental environment where my clients can express themselves freely and feel at ease. I help my clients identify their challenges and utilize their strengths to make positive changes in their lives, improve self-confidence and create resilience.

I am a compassionate social worker with over 14 years of experience in the field. My extensive background includes working with individuals, families and couples.

I have cultivated an eclectic approach to therapy given my exposure and practice across multiple fields of social work. I strive to create a warm and welcoming space for clients to embark on a journey of self-love, self-acceptance and self-determination.

I received a Bachelor’s degree in Humanistic Studies from McGill University, a Bachelor’s of Law degree from Université de Montréal and a Master’s degree in Social Work from McGill University. I am a member in good standing with the Ordre Professionnel des

Travailleurs Sociaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ) and the Barreau du Quebec

I believe that everybody walks into therapy with their own specific challenges, histories, goals and needs therefore my practice is founded on the notion of customizing therapy to align with the individual and not remain fixated on a certain approach or modality. My eclectic approach involves aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Systems-Focused Therapy and Strength Based approach.
